Got site cost back, not to bad thought it would be more.
The guys at Carlisle are being fantastic!

Thursday 16th June was the day the testing was done. Now to wait on the engineers report!

Its the start of a long weekend, heading down to the block on Sunday and for a catch up with the bestie!

Yeah finance is all done and signed earlier this week.

Got screw pier testing happening in the next week, not sure to look forward to that or not! Then we can have our final site costs!

Also land titles should be out sometime next week so fingers crossed

Hi we are Paul and Michelle, We are finally decided to build our first home in the lovely township of Drouin, we have a a large 738sqm block in the Kensington Gardens estate with bush views out the back and farm land full of cows at the bottom of the hill. It will be a change from our city life living by the beach!

We go down to our block most weekends, it does help when my daughters best friend and my best friend live there also, so we all enjoy a couple of wines and a chill out while my mobile phone has no reception! (Looks like im going back to telstra!!!)

We are told titles are due any day now! I hope so we are wanting to start building asap!

So far we have done our colour selection, tender, contracts and now waiting on land titles to start!
