Wow 2 weeks since my last post! Bloody computer had to go have the cd drive replaced, so im a week late.

WE HIT LOCK UP!!!!!!

and we had a slight delay with our plaster due to a few leaks in our roof. But on the plus side those heavy Melbourne rains last week were a blessing. Our SS was fantastic when we went there last week all the damaged tiles were marked. Then on Monday or Tuesday this week our roof was fixed, and then our fantastic SS had another inspection done. Just a short note to say Thank God we hit lock on Tuesday with all the rain on Wednesday and today also.

One again another big week! We have been fully bricked, roof finished, heating all in as well as cooling all in. We have noticed our first fault also the hight of our flood light that is on the garage, so a call to our SS will be happening tomorrow, but its not a biggie! We also had our front and our internal access and garage side door delivered. We also spotted the lock up check up forms were there, so possible lock up invoice this week.

The problem! What is with the hight? Its a flood light it should be higher!

Went back to the house today to fix up my speaker cabling. So that is all now fixed! Also noticed that our solar panel is also up! Cant wait till next week, since we have our brickies booked and we may a sheet of plaster up or 2. Fingers crossed!

What a another busy week! Roof on, Plumbing, Electric wiring, Bricks arrived as well as plaster and cornices. But silly me has to go back and re wire my home theatre due me being blonde i set it all up back to front!

A little bit of progress this week, but it has been wet week in Drouin. We installed our cables for our home theatre, with many thanks to my brother and his girlfriend for helping. Our SS said the week before he has planing to have the roof, wrap, heating and cooling ducts, gutters, fascia, barrier around roof and elec wiring started, but the weather had other views. We are still very happy with the progress.
