Went past the hose today to find out our cornices, skirting etc have been installed as well as termite treatment, internal doors, bathroom and laundry cabinets and last but not least our kitchen. I also meet with another landscaper for retaining walls, as well someone has put a huge chip in our sidelight window next to our front door. Oh and met our painter he was doing his prep before he starts to pain on Monday.

Now our roof is all sorted our plaster started on Wednesday, and boy did it go up quick! Went done today first time on a Friday, and there were about 5 builders there finishing off the plaster and putting up the cornices. Here are the pic from today.

And also some of the other homes in our stage have now started across the road had their slab pored as well as around the corner and 2 blocks down were having their concrete piers pored, so a busy street today, and may get to meet some neighbours soon.

Wow 2 weeks since my last post! Bloody computer had to go have the cd drive replaced, so im a week late.

WE HIT LOCK UP!!!!!!

and we had a slight delay with our plaster due to a few leaks in our roof. But on the plus side those heavy Melbourne rains last week were a blessing. Our SS was fantastic when we went there last week all the damaged tiles were marked. Then on Monday or Tuesday this week our roof was fixed, and then our fantastic SS had another inspection done. Just a short note to say Thank God we hit lock on Tuesday with all the rain on Wednesday and today also.

One again another big week! We have been fully bricked, roof finished, heating all in as well as cooling all in. We have noticed our first fault also the hight of our flood light that is on the garage, so a call to our SS will be happening tomorrow, but its not a biggie! We also had our front and our internal access and garage side door delivered. We also spotted the lock up check up forms were there, so possible lock up invoice this week.

The problem! What is with the hight? Its a flood light it should be higher!
