Land Titles

After many phone calls from everyone to find out what is going on with titles, I finally rung the land titles office they told me they had received them yesterday, ( Wednesday 29th June 2011 ) at first i was a bit pissed off, but our developer is a lier! First we were told titles were due in December 2010, Then titles were due in Feb, Then Mar, Apr, May, oh and on the 1st May we had a phone call to say titles in two weeks! Why???? Then  I was told by the developer they were submitted 3 weeks ago! ( 1st week of June) What a crock of shit! But Happy now they are finally there!

On the up side we should start building within 10 days of settlement!
